Shipping Policy~ United States Orders only (lower 48). Due to the large size of the life size statues, items will be shipped by freight carriers (usually FedEx Freight)and only to the cont. 48 States. Smaller items will be shipped by ground delivery (usually DHL/Airborne). Signature Required on all deliveries. Shipping charges are already included in the Price of all Items. Any additional charges such as lift gates, inside deliveries and limited access areas are the responsiblity of the customer as Butlers and Signs has not included these services in the freight charges. If you need such services as a lift gate, inside delivery or limited access deliveries please let us know in advance and we can arrange and charge accordingly.

Tracking Information~ Tracking information will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order. Should you not receive tracking information on your order within 2 to 3 days, please email or call us to varify that we have your correct email address.

Damaged Item(s)~ Butlers and Signs takes the utmost care when packaging your item for a safe arrival. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect item for damage before signing the Delivery Receipt. If your item or package shows visible damage from shipping and you feel that your item could be damaged, please open the package and inspect. If damaged, please have the delivery driver notate all damage on delivey receipt and refuse the item. If any item is damaged please contact us immediately. Should you find damage after accepting your item you must contact the Freight Carrier immediately to file a claim. Please keep all packageing and damaged item(s) for proof of damage as it will be needed by the freight carrier for inspection. Digital Pictures of damaged item(s) will be needed. Butlers and Signs will not Reimburse on damaged items that have been signed for. You must file a claim with the freight carrier if damage is found after the delivery receipt has been signed. No Exceptions. Items with minimal damage can be repaired by you as another option. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Policy~ There is a 15% restocking fee on Approved Returns. All approved returns should be in original condition with original packageing and paperwork, returned within 5 days and insured for the full value of the item. All Delivered and Returned Freight Charges are non refundable and are the responsiblity of the customer. Non Approved Returns will NOT be accepted. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Cancellation Policy~ Order CAN NOT be cancelled if item is in transit. All Shipping and Freight Charges are at the customers expense.

Sales Tax~ Louisiana Customers will be charged 7.55% Sales Tax.

Special Orders~ Special Orders are welcomed and require a 50% Deposit. Delivery Time Varies from 6-12 weeks and some times a bit longer during Peak Season.
